Ayurveda & Nutrition

Ayurveda is a sister science of yoga, a natural self-healing system that helps restore balance to the mind and body, thereby achieving and maintaining optimum health and longevity. It is based on diagnosing imbalances in the body and then correcting them before they develop into disease. Miki is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. If you would like to have a private Ayurvedic Consultation, please contact Miki. In a consultation, Miki will diagnose your unique biological imbalance (the 3 constitutions or 'doshas'), help you gain insight into your specific propensity for certain diseases and learn personalized eating and lifestyle habits, as well as a therapeutic use of oils and spices, in order to restore balance to your body and prevent your imbalances from developing further into disease in the future. It is also possible to host an Ayurveda workshop (6 people or more), in which each participant receives a personalized recommendation for yoga practice, lifestyle, nutrition, oils and spices based on his/her diagnosis.
